Our wet chemical fire extinguisher is specially designed to tackle Class F fires involving cooking oils and deep fat fryers, making it the essential choice for kitchens in restaurants, cafés, holiday parks, and residential settings. The fine spray gently lays down a thick foam blanket, rapidly cooling the burning oil and preventing re-ignition without splashing. Safe, reliable, and fully compliant with British Standards, this extinguisher is also effective on Class A fires, providing wider protection for kitchens and food preparation areas. Easy to operate and eco-friendly, it offers peace of mind where cooking risks are present.

    • Annual Service:  A qualified technician must inspect and service the extinguisher once a year, checking the weight, internal pressure, and overall condition.
    • 5-Year Extended Service:  Wet chemical extinguishers require a full discharge and refill every 5 years, along with a thorough internal inspection.
    • Replacement:  If discharged, damaged, or past its service life, the extinguisher must be replaced immediately.

Regular servicing not only keeps you compliant with fire safety regulations but also guarantees your extinguisher will perform effectively in a kitchen fire emergency.
